The Anytime Fitness 21-Day Challenge provides the tools to reach your health and fitness goals. Here is how the challenge works and whats included in the program.

  • Learn fundamental fitness skills and discuss your fitness goals with a certified and experienced coach.
  • Receive a body scan and results sheet before and after the challenge so you can monitor your progress and set goals moving forward. 
  • Attend up to 5 group training sessions per week offered at various times and days. Different group training sessions are available, Base, Burn and Build.
  • Group training sessions and modifications available for ALL fitness levels.
  • Receive coaching, motivation & accountability from a certified and experienced coach throughout the challenge. 
  • Gym access included during the challenge (non-members).
  • Free Anytime Fitness group training t-shirt.
  • Members $49 and non-members $99. Total training package valued at $299 with all of the benefits and services bundled together. This is a awesome deal for you to train with us and start getting results using science based training. 

When Is It?

Launch Party: Monday January 22nd at 6:30pm

Dates: 21-Day Challenge will Kick Off on Tuesday January 23rd 

Training Session Times: Monday through Saturday various training sessions will be offered at both Anytime Fitness locations (i.e. 5:30am, 6am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm).
