Receive a body scan and results sheet before and after the challenge so you can monitor your progress and set goals moving forward.
Attend up to 5 group training sessions per week offered at various times and days. Different group training sessions are available, Base, Burn and Build.
Group training sessions and modifications available for ALL fitness levels.
Receive coaching, motivation & accountability from a certified and experienced coach throughout the challenge.
Gym access included during the challenge (non-members).
